• All advertised prices require Auto Pay enrollment and paperless billing
• Taxes, surcharges, and regulatory fees are additional and vary by location
• Promotional pricing may require a 24-month service agreement
• Early termination fees may apply
• Service availability varies by address — not all services available everywhere
